The ABC's Part 4, Fighting the Summary Motion and Going to Trial
This is the Part that makes or breaks the case in ending the S.D. Motion: Part 4, Handling the Summary Motion and the Final Pre-Trial and Trial and all the notes and extra bonus videos.
Videos included:
"Top Tips to Kill a Summary Motion," Both Securitization videos, "Why Judges do what they do," "Top Tips to Pick a Jury," "Assignments and Data Extensions (Helps you explain Chain of Title and Assignments to the Court)," "Top Ten Quick Tips to Win in Court," "Going to Trial, How to Try a Case." Plus all the paperwork and templates.
If you have done the work from the previous video on Discovery (Part 3), you stand a great chance of winning the Summary Disposition Motion. This is the Big Kahuna that the collection firm has been waiting to file. They believe they will win this motion. The Court favors ending the case too. Look at Part 1A as to why.
Use my techniques to proactively fight the Summary Motion starting at how you crafted and created the big Counter Affidavit (Part 2) and base your defense on what you learned at discovery. Don't be denied your day in court as a win here settles the case and possibly eliminates the whole debt.
If you win your Summary Motion the case is generally done as the Judge that went your way at this stage, is the same person ruling on the same proofs at trial. Use the same techniques I rely upon today.
